The Spokane Shadow U19 Girls won the Washington State Youth Championship this weekend.  It marked the sixth consecutive year that this team had made the state final and was the third state title they have won.  The team played 5 games in 3 days and won every game while only conceding a single goal all weekend.  In bracket play the girls found themselves in an all Spokane bracket with River City and the Spokane Elite.  The final game was against Greater Renton, the Shadow scored their goal on a corner kick served in by Marissa Mykines and headed in by Ali Fenter.  Congratulations to all and best of luck at Regionals!
