The following needs to be done for each game, whether league or tournament game:
Arrival time: Typically each coach would like to have players at the field 1 hour prior to the game. Verify this with your coach.
Player cards: The cards are required for referee check-in 15 minutes prior to every game. Give to the coach who will give them to the referees.
NOTE: Make sure the cards are retrieved from the referees following each game.
Game Roster Sheets: Give to the coach along with players cards 30 minutes prior to the start of the game. At the conclusion of each game, please obtain a copy from your coach and file these in the team book. In the event of a protested game, these roster copies are needed as evidence.
Verify Home Game Referees: For home games each week, you need to visit the referee website Spokaneref.org to ensure that your game details are correct on the referee website and make sure that you have referees scheduled for your game. Once on Spokaneref.org, click on information on the left menu, then on the next page click on Inquiry also on the left menu. This will bring you to a page where you can search by the date, organization etc. so you can find each of your games.
Please check all of the game details and if anything is incorrect, please contact the Club Scheduler at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Important contacts for game day issues: If you have no referees present 15 minutes before the game is to start here is who you call listed by location.
Team Book: It is important that the Team Book be at the field for every game. Should there be a medical emergency or a question about a players age, the information is readily available.
First Aid Kit: Have it on hand at every game.
Score Reporting: Within 24 hours of each game, score results must be reported on the RCL website.
